Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the Gateway Barbershop website and online booking services. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please contact a shop directly to discuss service options.

Appointments and your information

Provide accurate contact information and book only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent. A requested time is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation. Barber availability, service duration, and appointment times may change; we will use the contact information you provide to communicate changes.

If you book for a child, you must be their parent or guardian or have permission from their parent or guardian. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, or identification information in booking notes.

Prices and payment

Prices and service descriptions appear in the booking flow or are available from the shop. The total may depend on the services you select and any additional services you authorize. Unless the booking flow states otherwise, no card is required to book and payment is due at your appointment. Any applicable deposit, fee, or additional charge must be disclosed before you agree to it.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals

Please cancel or reschedule before the deadline displayed during booking. The cancellation policy shown for your appointment governs that booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to charges only as disclosed and agreed to at booking. Contact the shop if you need help changing an appointment or expect to arrive late; a late arrival may require a shorter service or rescheduling.

For a question about a charge, refund, or completed service, contact the shop or email us so we can review the circumstances. These terms do not establish an additional cancellation fee or a blanket no-refund rule.

Booking providers

We use Square to support appointments and customer records. Booking may create a Square Appointments customer profile. Square and other linked providers have their own terms and privacy policies for their services. See Square's terms and Square's privacy policy.

Text messages and other communications

When you request a verification code, booking link, or appointment communications, we or our service providers may send messages related to that request. Marketing texts require a separate opt-in; consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing a service. Message frequency varies with your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

For text programs that support replies, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also email gatewaybarbershopaz@gmail.com for help or to request that we stop messages. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel your appointment. Use the unsubscribe option in promotional emails to stop those emails.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website to make fraudulent or abusive bookings, impersonate others, send harmful content, access someone else's information without permission, or interfere with our systems. We may restrict access or cancel abusive or fraudulent requests.

Website content and availability

Gateway Barbershop's branding, images, and website content belong to Gateway or their respective owners. You may use the website for personal information and booking; other use may require the owner's permission. We aim to keep information accurate, but the website may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Contact a shop to confirm information that affects your visit.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The terms in effect when you book govern that booking. Arizona law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you.
